The Diminishing Musharakah financing model is used to finance Working Capital requirements, Project Financing, Asset-Purchase & etc. In this arrangement, the financial institution and the customer jointly invest in purchasing an asset. The customer pays usage fee to the financial institution based on its share in the asset. Over time, the customer gradually acquires the financial institution's share in the asset through installment payments, ultimately achieving full ownership.
